The IBM
Payments Director Central Capture product is the platform
of choice for large-volume, high-speed check image capture.
As it
processes and stores captured images, Central Capture monitors
the CPCS MICR feed and continuously matches it to the data
captured from the camera to prevent missing and out-of-sync
images. And, on a real-time basis, it passes each captured
transaction to the Transaction Server for further processing.
To maximize
performance and ensure high availability in the capture process,
Central Capture supports both load leveling and failover.
