IBM Payments Director Image Compliance

The IBM Payments Director Image Compliance product verifies the integrity of a captured image to ensure that a readable image is passed on to the bank's customer and compares the image to the electronic record to ensure that the right image goes to the right customer. Image Compliance processes at an industry-leading speed of up to 5,000 images per minute.

Image Compliance does the following:

	Partially automates the task of identifying poor quality images to help achieve efficiency and consistency in delivered image quality.
	Provides a fast and complete black white and gray scale image quality analysis by working directly on compressed images.
	Analyzes collections of check images, referred to as Document Image Records, and return metric(s) pertaining to the quality of those images.
	Produces Document Image Results. Each Document Image Result contains up to four Image Quality Results (front gray scale, front black white, back gray scale, and back black white), one for each image supplied in the corresponding Document Image Record.
	For each document record that it analyzes, calculates individual image assessment numbers for each image view present.

The administration and programming interface of Image Compliance can be executed under the Windows or Linux operating system.
